With a wealth of experience across a multitude of trades, Matthew cites versatility, diversity and variety as some of the key elements of why he enjoys working in the car interior team at Dual.
Matthew started off his trade life by enrolling in an apprenticeship in the automotive industry, before moving to working in the roof tiling industry (“the money was much better”).
Richard has been with Dual for over 11 years and is highly regarded for his keen eye for high-quality and his skill levels as a sheet metal worker and welder.
‘Ric’ has looked after the workshop in the foreman capacity for nearly 10 years, with many roles from covering the day to day running of the factory to liaising with suppliers to make sure material stocks are regularly ordered.
Martin has been one of the longest serving members of the Dual family, having been at the company for over sixteen years.

Sean's been part of the Dual family for nearly thirteen years, trading the rainy UK for Australia’s sunny shores back in 2011. From crafting car interiors to managing installations, Sean's journey at Dual has been nothing short of an adventure!
Starting as a first-class sheet metal worker with vast experience manufacturing car interiors, fixtures, and door frames, Sean has had various roles within the company.
Justine completed a Furniture and Cabinet Making qualification in 2010 when working at a pine furniture manufacturer.
In the decade Justine has worked at Dual, she has performed across several departments. She is known internally and by our customers as an all-rounder and has been nicknamed ‘Useful Justine’.
Manchester-born Stuart Maloney joined Dual Engraving back in 2013 and is another key element of our team, bringing his skills & knowledge from his time working in the aviation industry where he spent over thirty years.
During his time with Dual he has nurtured his skills as well as gained many others, something he puts down to the helpful team environment Dual promotes and encourages.
29-year-old Brent Sukroo joined the Dual team as a trade assistant in September 2020 and immediately showed interest in being enrolled as a mature-age apprentice, to gain skills in sheet metal work.
Having previously worked in the stone industry installing flooring, detailed architraves and bathrooms at high-end projects such as Crown Towers, Brent showed he had a keen eye for detail, a quality he wanted to continue to enhance when looking to further his skills.
Twenty-two-year-old Bryce Warlow is our newest tradesperson in our team.
Joining us back in 2018 and showing an immediate willingness to enhance his skills, Bryce switched over to a Fabrication apprenticeship in 2019. He was finally rewarded with his trade certificates in October 2022, elevating him to being one of our valued tradespeople in the metal workshop.

February 2015 saw Sean join Dual as the Purchasing Officer. Sean’s experience helped in the acquisition of products & supplies, with his keen eye for cost saving and experience in quoting & estimating being key to finding new suppliers and competitive pricing for materials.
